The Arrival of Captain Charlie Quark: Nemisis of Dr. Nefarious

Below we see our hero cleverly camoflaged with a grocery bag waiting for the perfect moment to sneak attack his Nemisis the all powerful superevil genious Dr. Nefarious Tot.
The Doctor approaches our hero's secret spot....
The Doctor stumbles upon our hero, and catches him unaware after he passed out from his own stench.
Our hero manages to gain the upper hand after his nearly fatal mistake...
Unfortunatly for Cpt. Quark Dr. Nefarious is to powerful for his underdeveloped powers, and the doctor utterly destroys him. (further graphics were decided not to be published for the light hearted or queezy of stomach).
With no one standing in her way the doctor goes on to rule the world for a short period of time until her desire to own everything destroyed her in an unfortunate incident involving a bowl of soup, three 1906 wheat pennies and a nuclear reactor.
